I keep thinking there's a place for OPML as the organizing element for a decentralized learning management system, especially for post-secondary, but maybe for corporate training, too. Imagine five Western Civ instructors from different colleges all sharing online resources and nobody has to coordinate it.

Online revenue for newspapers is outpacing other online advertising. And, the only sales growth at some publications was in online revenue.
