Another kind of directory 

Tools that understand OPML. We might need somebody else to step up and work on this one. I haven't heard from Blair for a while, so it looks like he might need some help. If you volunteer to edit it, you could delegate sections of it. All I need for the 1.0 site is the URL of the OPML file.
