Old social science 

When I dug out my old Collective Behavior text I realized it was dated 1962. I'm so old. I took the class in the early 70s. I realized I needed something more up to date if I am going to look into mobs online, but I was also interested in how the subject was treated even earlier. You know, back when William James (bro of Henry, my main man) was writing about psychology but it was more like philosophy.

Sociology and social pyschology got so clinical somewhere along the line. Maybe that's why I lost interest.
