 I have listened from almost the start. I became a podcaster because of you and your style. You made it seem easy; it's not.

 I hope you understand that the criticism was around the more recent focus on 24 minutes, which I find annoying. You get distracted so easily, and this is one more thing to which you must attend.

If I sound defensive; it's only because I am. :-( Didn't mean to be controversial. It's not my style.
