Good opportunity 

Wouldn't it be great if, in rebuilding the Gulf Coast, we took into account how traditional housing patterns have contributed to segregation? School desegregation was the only thing that could be done to correct inequities once a city is already established, but lots of experts in education, law and sociology believe that housing is the key.
