Listen to the lastest passage in the Who Said literature game. Can't agree with this prof who thinks students miss out when they listen to podcast lectures. If an educator knows how to use online tools (and really wants to -- that may be key) there can be every bit as much valuable interaction as you get with in-person teaching. In fact online discussion can be a boon for shy students. I'm a socialist? I always thought I was too fond of business to be one, but who am I to argue with a scientific survey instrument? (Actually I thought the questions were pretty well thought out.) |
