You said you wish your chat window had a bell? I caused a LAMP chat I set up once to play "She came in through the bathroom window" when somebody entered.

God I love customizing stuff like that. It's entertainment for me. In the same chatroom, there's a bunch of substitution of graphics for text strings, so you see a special icon when you type in the name of a regular chatter, and there are other surprise graphics when you happen to use a term that has substitution.

If I had a job where I did nothing but that kind of thing I'd be in heaven.
