Expanded docs outline 

I started making notes about the 1.0 download/support site as a node on the documentation outline.

I was going to make a post about this on opmlcommunity.org to point to this outline, but maybe Dan wouldn't mind putting it in the sidebar as a permanent link. Or maybe I have rights to make a standalone page there. Not sure.
