Got it 

Got the method for including an OPML file in a Manila page. Notes made over the course of the day, many of which will be incomprehensible to anyone but me, but it helped to jot it down.

If you can slog through it to find the questions, I'd love to hear some opinions. (Hey, I guess that's my specialty, writing a webslog. Slogging for the reader, not for me.) ((Double hey, a dictionary or especially a thesaurus would work well in an outline.))

Maybe when I'm finished I'll pluck out the questions and make them a news item. I can't see how you can promote a message in Manila to become a news item, the same way you can promote a message to become a story. Not that I'd want to elevate that mess to the home page.

You don't have to wait to comment on a news item on the community site. See that Donovan started one? The link to the form to create a new topic is down at the bottom of the topic listing. I'll see if I can move it up, or maybe list fewer topics on a page.

Is it set somehow to display most recently updated blogs even if they haven't updated in the last X hours, IF there are no blogs having updated in the last X hours? Is it 3 hours?
