How to go on a mad touching frenzy 

I had to reinstall again for about the 10th time (I'm reckless). Anybody know of a way to do a global touch of all the individual blog post day files so I don't have to go in and open each one back to July?

What's the big deal? 

Someone asked me in e-mail what was the big goosebumpy deal about URLs in each cell of a wikiCalc instance. The application I had in mind was centralizing decentralized numerical data collection. If I'm smart enough to install the alpha, maybe I'll try to put it on two different servers and show you.

Less like a record label?

I'm thinking the model seems more like broadcast rep firms. I used to follow this space. Here's an old article for a trade journal (pdf). It's a 10-year-old annual rep roundup story; a lot may have changed.

Podshow is more like a radio network or a rep firm, which can be the same entity, and the podcasts are more like individual radio stations or syndicated programs needing a national group to represent them for national advertising buys. Or that's part of what Podshow does. I understand it's about all the Mommycast uses them for.

For less crafty negotiators, the deal seems to have elements like those in an employment agreement, with Podshow reserving most rights for itself.
