Workers are paid in cash? Nice folks that they are, paidcontent.org tells about a Wall Street Journal story only available to subscribers: Microsoft close to buying Massive, an in-game advertising broker. Sounds like an interesting business. And a good fit for MS, having a gaming base already and wanting to get into online advertising more. I'm not against MMORPGs but I'm a little worried about what they do to people's real lives. The worlds keep getting more and more real. It's kind of cool, but kind of creepy. New album sounds neat. It's a collection of old Pete Seeger tunes with a huge ensemble. You can follow the tour from a roadie's perspective on the Parking in Bitterman Circle podcast. Bitterman Circle sounds so familiar to me but I can't think where it is. Seems like it's somewhere I've lived. Maybe Bloomington, circle drive by the auditorium and fountain? I found myself staring at a waiter's hands today. I'm not sure what it's all about but large hands are a turn-on for me. Maybe I imagine his hands on a piano keyboard, hitting 11ths without having to roll the chords. I don't know. |
