I have a Technorati watchlist for OPML. I've noticed increasingly the search is finding a larger share of pages displaying links to OPML files than posts about OPML. That's a good thing. People are not just talking about it; they're using it.

Who cares if Republicans "flip-flopped" on the war. Not me. Ghosts of "I voted for it before I voted against it" are at play here, I suppose. Circumstances change and available information changes. Candidates should be able to change their minds without political penalty. It's human and good to reconsider.
