We think it's some kind of egret.

Special place 

My brother has an awesome new Nikon, 10+ megapixels. I suggested he take a picture of this door at the Henry Plant Museum. It's the men's reading room at the Tampa Bay Hotel, late 1800s. I was thinking of my sister-in-law's writing lab site, but it would be a nice illustration of Dave's blogger press room idea, too.
