Wow! Now I'm more interested in Grazrscript Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Marjolein Hoekstra tells how she helped a blogger make a cool looking and acting RSS-based search thingie.

OK, so call me shallow (I never claimed to be a programmer), but I'm most excited about being able to customize the looks of a Grazr browser. For now. That's how I always dip my toe into hacking things: find out what I need to change to make the thing a little prettier, along the way soaking up a notion of how the app works, and eventually work up to having it do something new.

So, maybe if I want to write something about Grazrscript, I'd concentrate on picking out the cosmetic bits, direct it to designers, and show how to skin a Grazr. Seems like there might be some value in that.

Later: Never mind. See chat. Skins are in the works already. Maybe there's still something I could contribute along the lines of showing grazrscript tricks to non-programmers. Those people like me who Anne is trying to characterize.
