Classy OPML Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Jim Moore points to uses of OPML in the classroom and blueskies an application for link sharing by students.

I think reading lists could be useful in the classroom too, especially if they change over time the way I blueskied here a year ago.

Of course, a lot of web pages an instructor might want to offer as a resource may not have feeds, but if the page changed often enough you could use something like page2RSS for the individual items.

I follow a page2RSS feed for pages like this listing of readings and lectures on the Chicago Reader site, which really should have a feed.
