Half thinking about re-reading all the Harry Potter books as a drumroll to the release of the final one. Feel like retreating into something, and that thing seems sort of appropriate and at hand.

Older son asked me to see if I still had immunization records. Actually did. The form stated his weight as 38 lbs., a fact that rendered me all weepy and wistful.
