Bergman, foaming and mining Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Haven't felt like I had to write anything on my blog lately. Some quick notes:

- I think I thought Ingmar Bergman already was dead.

- Don't like to be too disrespectful, but "foaming at the mouth" isn't something you like to hear about in a chief justice?

- I know I'm tech-centered, but I have to wonder if the Justice Department might not be especially fearful of the data mining story getting out, knowing bloggers will knowledgably speculate about what kinds of information it could yield about ordinary citizens. It's not that farfetched. You see Guiliani and Romney afraid of YouTube. You saw Libby lawyers arguing that bloggers might mock letters of support for him, if released.
