Don't debate context or motives, just don't go there at all, it's not acceptable, period. I'm supposed to be your base, a 53-year-old white woman, and ordinarily I'd be so proud to see a woman become leader of the free world. I cried when Nancy Pelosi became speaker, honestly never thought I'd see the day. But, you're making me ashamed. Winning this way is no victory for women. It breaks my heart to see you continue down this road. I've been supporting Obama, and until today I was considering the wisdom of placing you on the ticket to bring the party together so we can vanquish the war party, but girl, you're making it hard for me to support even that scheme.
