Got an iPhone this week.

Love it.

Now I want to make something for it already.

I don't have a Mac so it won't be an app using the new SDK; it'll have to be some kind of little site.

I want to make something cute.

This is a pattern.

When you're a maker you can't sit still and just consume for very long.

Saw the web in a graphical browser sometime in 1995 and made a website two months later.

Heard about podcasts in Feb. 2004 and started my literature game podcast in April.

It's a pleasant sickness. These fumbling headlong premature attempts seldom yield anything very remarkable, but they're remarkably satisfying for me.

Trying new stuff, that's freedom and it keeps the old lady brain from rusting.

Thinking about things that are about the same size as the screen. Maybe playing cards? A deck of widgets?
