Hey Slate, why not provide embed code for it? Some bloggers may not know how to grab it. They would link to you, honest. Tell the boss s/he doesn't have to be afraid. I imagine conversations like this all over the monetized-eyeball web:

"Let's let bloggers and other site publishers display the calcuator."

"Let's wait. We're in talks with a widget provider."

Drives me absolutely nuts that a widget industry even exists. I don't think it's needed. When you add a layer that's not necessary and money changes hands, isn't that when you get into bubble territory?

Audio-only live podcasts 

Several podcasters are streaming live video. I like it. I do wish services like Ustream and Stickam would offer audio-only. When I'm at work I don't feel like I should either hog the bandwidth or give a podcast that much of my attention.
