OPML blog far from being valid Permanent link to this item in the archive.

The default template of the OPML blog is very simple.

I added a doctype definition and a charset meta tag to it. I gave the page a HTML 4.01 Transitional doctype and an iso-8859-1 encoding.

The W3C validator reveals 85 errors for the front page. This is a bad result.

It's rather odd how indented lines are coded. Each line is a table element. The white space on the left is an emty cell. Worst is, the table is wrapped in a paragraph element.

I bet, this could have been solved better.
