There we go, outlining with the OPML editor. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Actually, I'm on OS X right now. I could compile the OPML editor in some easy steps: Permanent link to this item in the archive.

  • Get the sources from http://www.songtrellis.com/opmlkernel/
  • Extract
  • Start XCode on the project included in Frontier/build_XCode
  • Compile project OPML, executable OPML
  • If it says it couldn't find the Info.plist, disable that entry under Project/Edit active target.
  •

    • Remove Build/Info.plist File
    •
    • Remove Build/Development Build Project Directory to make it not spew files all over your Mac.
    •

Ok, now how do I make it: Permanent link to this item in the archive.

    • Make my outlines actual lists---without fuzzing around with HTML tags?
    • Generate XOXO
    • Have emacs keybindings
    • Show deeply nested text. Fixed. I decided to have a look at the source... wth dont they use dt/dd for that?
    • Parse my RSS2 feed correctly.
    • Create valid XHTML1.1.
    • Choose a header graphic (all filenames are grayed out here).

And the default template uses tables for layout? What year do we write?? Permanent link to this item in the archive.
