I've done some work on my OPML Editor tool today and have a version that may be useful for other folks.

It provides 3 fairly simple tools, but ones that might keep OPML Editor users from having to muck about in the root tables to get some behavior they might want.

• Synchronize - select Synchronize from Tools -> coriHacks and give it a date; OPML Editor will then grab the files changed since that date and load them on to your machine
  Very handy for keeping 2 machines up-to-date
• Set Blog RSS Description - allows you to set the description of your blog for use in the RSS <description> tag.
• Set Windows Maximize - allows the user to set whether or not to use the Windows standard maximize functionality. Selecting "Yes" switches to use that functionality, selecting "No" sets the preference to Mac Maximize.

I have plans to add to this tool as I go along. I'll detail some of my thought is a later post.

You can get the tool here. To use it, simply exit OPML Editor, drop it in you Tools folder (at C:Program FilesOPMLGuest DatabasesappsTools on most Windows machines) and restart OPML Editor. The appropriate menu choices will appear in the Tools menu.
