Something of which to be wary: Reading list outlines should be flat, according to the current implementation. In addition and related: The code right now gets mighty unhappy when it runs into outline nodes without xmlUrl set.

But, overall, nifty things happen.

(Oh yeah, and mostly for my own reference for now, the place where problems happen is in newsRiverSuite.readingList.beforeScan)
