Ugh, my newsRiver installation is just not quite handling what I'm throwing at it right now - so I'm going back to NetNewsWire for now. I've got a dozen or so reading lists subscribed, totalling around 700 feeds. This isn't an indictment of newsRiver itself, more like I'm really giving it a regular stress test and there's probably just one thing somewhere in its guts that's going awry for some weird corner case. But, I don't have time to dig, debug, or investigate at the moment. Good morning Friday. Still no bagels to be found, but the weekend outlook seems better. Time for coffee. |
