amyloo has a really neat ajax chat thing on her blog. hah... that was cool. i visited changes.opml.org and noticed that amyloo had updated her blog so i took a look. found the ajax chat window and chatted with her and another for a few minutes. trippy stuff.
spaziOPML's S5 presentation tool is AWESOME! now you can view the readme documentation, which is just an opml file, for the thoughtStream theme in an S5 presentation. all i had to do was choose export outline from the lucaHacks tool i installed. way to go. wow. i'm totally psyched about this.

spaziOPML has a kubrick template for opml blogs. i guess it's time to start an outline of opml templates that are available. thanks for the link, cosmic dread.
now wordpress tool is talking to my personal install of wordpress at Donovan's Run. i guess that means i'll be using opml editor as my main weblog posting tool now.

ok, it's as good a time as any to try the opml community server again. here goes. wish me luck.
opml quit unexpectedly after i saved the opmlStartupCommands.txt file. I had also just dismissed the OK, thank you for updating dialog box.
tried again. successful. however, after quitting and relaunching, the dialog box to enter my info came up again. i cancelled that.
your server is currently running on port 80
success! opml is listening on port 80 and i didn't have to login as root to do it. thanks to dan's port forwarding scripts.
