Saturday in the park

It's a good day for a nostalgia bin dive.

I almost forgot about this. The Premier Issue of NEXTWORLD with a young Steve Jobs on the cover. It's still in the shrink wrap. Not sure if this would ever be worth anything but I'm keeping it anyway.

The address label on the magazine also brought back another memory, CTTS. Computer Tutor Trouble Shooter (CTTS) was my business during college days in Hawaii.

Found a hemp bag made by Artisan Weavers. This is a beautiful and handy shoulder bag. I've got an idea of what I might do with it but I'm not telling here.

Bingo! Check this out... my old Newton! That's right, a Newton. I thought I had one of these somewhere. Jeez, this thing is huge! It works too. 1993. Wow. Now, I wonder what I would have used for a password back then? I wonder how to hard reset this thing so I can get past the password prompt.

No Van. This time.

The Go! Team decided to pass on the Van. Looks like Daisy gets her wish, driving the team around on our adventures for a little while longer.

Vegetable oil driven vehicle

Time to narrow down exactly what the team needs regarding a new vehicle. Last night's weekly team meeting delved into the world of vegetable oil powered engine modifications. First of all, a diesel engine is a requirement so that is the #1 item on our new wishlist. With that, the variety of options available is extremely narrowed. Perhaps that is a good thing?

Wireframing weekend.

For the Give2Asia redesign, I'm reviewing the wireframe this weekend.

Daisy's got a loose power-steering pump.

Tightened it up before heading South but it came a little loose. Gotta swap out the belt and tighten it up again.
