Compromises and Character 
are sometimes the same. I can't make everyone happy but dangit, I'm gonna try.
The Team is flying low today, just under the radar. Sometimes we need the break. It's been a busy day for sure but not one in which we'll be taking too much time to update the journal I suspect.
Last night's escapade at Brother Dion's house was tremendous fun. We saw his old band members, Steve, Mike and Al. We played, and kicked butt at, foosball. For Pete's sake, my brother has a pinball machine and a popcorn maker in the game room as well. Too much damn fun.
Tomorrow we're looking forward to the arrival of Father Eddie. He's returning from the islands sans Ma Mere. She'll be chillin' in the trades for a few lunar cycles. Miss ya, Ma!
Did about two minutes of Technorati ego surfing today then closed the browser. It sure has been nice since I stopped checking stats, links to my sites, how many subscribers, etc. One day I woke up and thought to myself, "Who cares?" I don't care anymore. It's nice to have readers and others who would link to you but keeping an eye on that kind of thing seems like a waste of time and selfish nowadays.
We appreciate our readers, we do. We could do without the need for the pat on the back. I believe it lends itself to more honest output.
