As I slept, the house phone rang. Through my slumbery haze, I could hear the automated message being left on the machine... it said something about detection of West Nile virus and that the Contra Costa area would be sprayed with some kind of "not harmful" dust. Ack. I want to get out of here. I don't want the virus or the spray. 
When it rains it pours. Lots of web work suddenly arriving.
voiceNotes for Backpack allows me to call up a toll free phone number, leave a message, and that message will be posted to my Backpack page. Free and slick. Works great.
Sore throat. Ugh. My strategy, lots of sleep and fluids.
