Beautiful, sunny day in the city. Vann and I shall head to the beach for backwards walking and then to Fort Funston to scope out the venue for an upcoming beach party.

Last night was sooo fun! I haven't hit three venues in one night in a long time but last night turned into a party hat-trick.
Vann and I started out by storming the Edinburgh Castle for Anita's 40th surprise party. Lot's of my old coworkers were there and I talked with a number of strangers too. Then it was off to Zeitgeist, an uber hip hangout full of dark clothes clad peeps. We met up with some of Vann's crew in this popular outdoor hangout and soaked in the beautiful SF night sky. Then, with an additional couple of waycool people added to our party, we piled into my Vanagon for our next destination; a place I've been wanting to check out for some time now. The Supper Club.
The Supper Club is a trip. A decadent, upscale club where the tables have been replaced with beds, the walls and furniture are all white, the people are dressed to the nines and best of all, the music was KICKING! The band ALBINO! Afro Beat was playing and man did they put on a performance. This band has about 12 members, a tremendous horn section and seriously groovy presence.

The Apple Cube VRM DC-DC board I won on eBay finally arrived! Your item was delivered at 10:56 am on September 15, 2006 in PLEASANT HILL, CA 94523. Now I can put Hube the Cube back together again and experience computing the true Apple way.
