Interesting; you could say the same of government.

Not entirely partisan 

I remember some of my US friends liking this guy:

Barack Obama: "I think it is entirely accurate to say that this administration's policies don't take into account the plight of poor people in poor communities and this is a tragic reflection of that indifference, but I also have to say that it's an indifference that is not entirely partisan.

Even weirder! 

So I closed the editor and the page, and various other windows, then opened the editor again, and the page is still there!

Now I have rebooted, and everything is back to normal...

Weird! 

The strangest thing just happened. As I opened up the blog outliner, the webpage I was just reading appeared in the OPML editor. It's taking up the whole window.
