Logic says that things made out of recycled clothing wear out quickly. I once made a whole queen-size bed quilt with pieces from favourite old clothes, and it was heartbreaking how quickly it wore out after all that work.

If they used an OPML/Grazr type combo you could see more than just the lead post from each contributer, and read them within that window. Then it almost approaches a new kind of message board format. But because it relies on guestbook style comments, it would still be locked in the kind of 'gardens within the marketplace' scenario that Tom described while ago.
