This might be a dumb question, but do universal tags for blog posts exist, or are tags all associated with particular blog searches or networks? If they don't exist, they should. 

I like the new search in Bloglines.  

Ma.gnolia is an attractive site, but I don't think I can be bothered swapping from del.icio.us.
