It's such a beautiful day here, though crazy warm for winter in Canberra. I've been out to the markets and come back with lots of lovely fruit and vegetables, had baba ghannouje and tomato on fresh sour dough bread for lunch, and now I'm contemplating some workshops that I start being involved with tomorrow. I'm feeling quite blessed to live in such love, peace and plenty. Recently my young pet ducks have taken to making delightful little chirrupy pleasurable noises when I feed them and give them fresh water in the mornings. They make me smile, and I'm in the mood to relate. Permanent link to this item in the archive.

Our TV went kaput a week or so ago, and it has put in train the rejuvenation of our whole hi-fi system, the various bits of which had progressively stopped working over the years. Somehow there always seemed to be something else that was higher priority to spend money on, and time ticked on. My 17 year old can't remember the record player working! Now its all been repaired, since it was all originally pretty good gear, (for relatively little, so we wonder why we waited for so long, just one of those silly things I guess) and he is happily making his way through all our old LPs, and 'Like a Rolling Stone' is belting out through the house... Now 'Sunshine of you Love'... now Grappelli... There is lots of good stuff there!  Permanent link to this item in the archive.
