Wish I was in San Francisco tomorrow 
I'd love to go to Web 2.1. The whole BrainJam thing sounds a little bit like the way my group at work used to be. We valued diversity. We listened to each other. But alas, corporate culture could not be held at bay forever. We have dwindled to a hand full of frustrated geeks. One by one we find somewhere better to escape to. Before long, any of us that are left will start retiring. So it goes.
