I'm Fighting Feature Creep 
I'm fighting the worst kind of feature creep in my project at work, the politically motivated, doesn't enhance the user experience kind. I'm trying to make the best of it and bend it into something beneficial for the users but I'm struggling here. It helps just to have a venue to vent in. Oh well, back to the salt mines. By the way, what is the macro to insert the little sideways smiley in-line like Dave does?
What Changed?
As I sat and waited for the OPML Editor to finish updating itself, a question crossed my mind. What changed in this update? How do I find out? I ought to dig into the Frontier infrastructure and figure it out but I've got work to do and writing this blog entry is about all the time I can budget to think about it.
