RSS ABOMINATIONS 

It's interesting reading the posts about RSS and Apple etc around the place. Timely too, as I have spent the better part of the last few days writing scripts to handle any RSS feed available : specifically, to able to deal with the fact that some people use Apple itunes namespace and some don't (and what the hell is that category structure all about? - it makes NO sense!) so I've had to jump through all these annoying hoops to deal with the itunes based 'stuff', then look for 'STANDARD' RSS tags for images, links etc.

HEAD IN THE CLOUDS 

Here's an interesting argument against 'tag clouds'

I rather like them (and I'm building some actually) but this is a very interesting piece on their value (or lack of) to the data and users.

Also, here's an interesting way to search for available domains, by looking at a tag cloud. "Addictive"
