Back in London 

Arrived back safely in London early this morning after being over in Boston for the Beyond Broadcast conference last weekend and the first OPML Camp this weekend. (I'll talk about these in a bit)

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY.. we have opened up the doors and *softlaunched* podcast.com !!

There's alot of work still to do on the site to get it shipshape for you all. But for now, you we hope you can see all the lovely OPML-ness coming through. ;) (Look out for small red 'O' icons)

Feedback channels and feed submission forms are on the way, while we pull the main guts of the site together so you can sign up an start creating your own directories and sharing your OPML.

Just imagine for now, that the directory you see there is my user account directory. Soon you be able to do the same.

Using OPML inclusion we've made so you'll be able to create directory trees which can tap into any other OPML 'branch' created by any other user.

You can also choose to import any external OPML file with your feeds all in place for you to manage and organise using some pretty cool tools (we think) to make that a whole lot easier. Or you can point to another OPML tree (or branch) coming from any OPML url outside or from within the system coming from other users - at any branch level.

Along with all the technology, we also putting togther a load of information and communication tools for you learn about podcasting and share your knowledge and experience of our favourite 'new' medium. ;)
