When this kind of crap happens, I tend to demand to speak to their supervisor. If they can't help, I go to their boss. And so on. It always works.

Holiday! 

Woo! Finally, we're booked on a nice holiday. It's been ages and ages since we took a proper break. I can't wait, but have LOADS of work to get done before setting off to paradise.
