Podcast.com Widgets 

You might notice over on the right hand side of this blog a nice 'quilt' of images. They are the images associated with a podcast rss feed which exists within the main (my user account) podcast directory at podcast.com. It's random. Click the image will take you to the podcast.com page for that podcast feed.

This little widget is quite customisable. I am just putting together some simple docs and scripts so anyone can do this. And not forgetting that soon anyone will be able to come to podcast.com and sign up and then create their own podcast directory of subscriptions, then use that data to feed all sorts of widgets we have cooking here for you to embed in your blogs, Myspace page, ebay pages, etc, etc. It's all getting pretty exciting over here. I can't wait to show you all the cool stuff we're brewing here for you all.

Go Sox! 

The other evening, I went to my first ever baseball game at Fenway Park to see the Boston Red Sox play the Detroit Tigers. We sat up on top of the famous 'Green Monster'. It was great fun (but 'we' lost). I had a 'Monster Dog' and a 'Fenway Frank' :) Mmm.. yummy.

Template? 

Don't panic. The normal template is back at home. The airline security wouldn't let me take it on board the flight - cos it's soo hot! ;)

In Boston 

Arrived in Boston fine - the security measures slowed things down quite a bit just as we were getting on the plane, as they patted everyone down again just before boarding.

So many people in the lounges had bought cigarettes and opened the cartons, only then to find out that they couldn't take them on board after breaking the seal. Ha!

While sat in the Virgin lounge (I hit gold when I checked in - heh) a girl came up behind me and asked if she could ponce a ciggy from me - I turned around and it was Minnie Driver! Of course I obliged. As she walked away I couldn't help thinking that she needs to eat more. ;) Awfully thin. Possibly for a role?

Apparently on the way back to the UK, we're allowed take our gadgets on board, so it seems that it's OK to crash stuff into the UK, but not the USA right? Sheesh.
