This is a blog post from the OPML Editor, Mac Edition. Here's a second entry, with children nodes. Dave, we need to build a version of activeRenderer on the server that is rendering the outline on the server. I presume it is a Manila server, so it should not be a problem. This way, blog posts would be neatly outlined on the server. Third entry: My Outline publication That is another reason to have activeRenderer on the server: we could allow the publication of everyone's instant outline on the web, for non OPML Editor users to check out. Active blogrolls anyone ? Just saved the default blogroll. Here is another place where activeRenderer would do a great job server side. Server side ? On second thoughts, I don't think so... rendering OPML to DHTML in Usertalk is too CPU intensive, it would eventually bring the Manila server down. Better to do the rendering client side, and figure out a way of blending the DHTML into the template instead of the OPML.
