Today 

Rowed 10Km in 48:09.1. Not a bad easy-ish day.

2:24.3 to 144HR, still in the range. Not exactly loafing.

They threatened mostly cloudy, so there isn't a cloud in the sky.

Sunny and cooler than yesterday morning. Have to run to Kinko's first thing and find a check for the club stuff.

Rowed 12496m in an hour.

Working too hard at 2:22.7 for too long. Maxed out at 152 late in the game and had to slow way down. Oh well.

Warm. Still 75 in the house this AM.
