Rowed 6306m in 30 minutes at a constant pace of 2:23.

 That's a meter more than the last 145HR piece. I guess if I'd gone out and held 145HR it would have been faster. <smiles>. I have at least two more 145HR tries before the season ends.

Roni Music has a version for the Mac ... cool.

 For slowing down music so you can keep up with it without changing the pitch. So, if you're learning music by ear, this will slow it down so you can "hear" it.
