Steady 2:25 - 6 pace. HR climbed to mid 130s at end. Need to recalculate ranges. HR at start dropped to 53-4 sitting there. Wish the weight had come down as much %-wise as the RHR.

Sun's out. They're predicting rain. Jordan and I will need to get out early, I think.
