The Deluded attacking the Deluded? 

From the New Yorker: "The extracts describe how the Iraq invasion, more than any other war in American history, was a construct of delusion." The extracts are on the Foreign Affairs Web site.

Itr's all of a piece. It presents a credible and consistent narrative which is difficult to disbelieve given the source is, in fact, the government itself reporting on recovered documents from "the other side."

The historians will have a ball with this one.
