Delay threw in the towel? 

Saw a couple of posts over night. SFGate story.

Oh well, unless they can convict him, he'll cash in on all the services he performed for both The Party and his clients while in office.

Today 

Rowed 6143 at a steady 2:27/500m for 30 minutes.

Cloudy and drizzly again. They keep promising drying weather but nothing happens.
