Today
Rowed 6230m in 30 minutes. 5m more than yesterday and 6 points lower heart rate at 139 at end. We'll do it again until it comes down below 134.
Nice and clear. They're threatening 73 today which will drive the house up over 85 (warm) ... it's nice to get the heat after the dank rain.
