Rates of impresonment 
The US leads in this as in so many [questionable] ways.
| | Texas has an impresonment rate of over 1,000 per 100,000 in population (over 1%) which is higher than the us at 724:100K and the highest national rate in the world, according to King's College, London. |

My Dose of Propaganda?
I'll be flying United Airlines on Thursday morning. Guess I'll get to see this propaganda piece.
| | I guess they figure we're a) stupid and b) still listening to everything they say. Old-line propaganda thinking but since Hollywood isn't producing the usual war-worshipping garbage and TV isn't either, this is next best thing. |
