I found my OPML Coffee Mug (sung to the tune of "I Found my Thrill on Blueberry Hill") 
To get my OPML coffee cup logo I had to go to Community -> Instant Outliner -> Open My Outline which creates the directory C:\Documents and Settings\your userid\My Documents\OPML\www\instantOutliner\ with two files in it #prefs.txt and dewayneMikkelson.opml then I clicked on Community -> Instant Outliner -> OPML Coffee Mug and it gave me the HTML that I had to add via Community -> Your OPML -> Open template to my template.
