Upstreaming? Permanent link to this item in the archive.

I can see that OPML writes .opml files to a directory structure on my machine. I assume these files are rendered and uploaded to the blogs.opml.org site. What I'd assumed was that any opml file I dropped into my OPML:www:blog directory would be similarly rendered and uploaded. That doesn't seem to be working for me.

This is something I'd love to be able to do easily. I want to write in opml, save to the drive and then point to the rendered file on a website. I'd assumed this was the tool to do it. Doubtless it is. But it's not working as "automagically" as I'd anticipated.

I can't find a support discussion site. Presumably one will appear soon because Dave is planning to push the profile of his latest tool.

Let's see, I've got the WordPress Tool running in OPML and I've got the built-in OPML blog. What should I write where? Gotta figure this out.

What are the strengths of each style of site and how do they suit my needs?

All I know at this point is that I love writing in an outliner!
